Oh, how glorious is morning in May ………..
When all of the earth opens to a beautiful day!
All nature is fresh from a sprinkling of dew…..
As through trees the morning sun comes peeping through.
The squirrels are busy running around the trees.
As the birds sing their hearts out in the morning breeze.
I pray and thank God for my space in this time …..
For all of these blessings He gives are mine.
Another blessing we should remember today,
Is our mothers love and caring for us every way.
They taught us to work and taught us right from wrong,
How they rocked us and tended us with a song.
She was naver too busy or burdened to show us we were loved,
Another great blessing for which we thank God above.
